Responsibilities

• As a Data Scientist, you will extract, clean, and integrate data from
• Salesforce and other business systems and ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across sales hierarchies
• Building predictive models for sales forecasting, pipeline health, and customer segmentation will be expected of you
• You will identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in sales performance data
• Developing automated dashboards and reports in salesforce and Power
• BI to track Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and sales performance will be high on your agenda
• Facilitate workshops with sales segments to interpret insights and drive adoption
• Partner with Finance to validate calculations and ensure alignment on incentive plans
• Represent the business in global analytics and Salesforce forums

Qualifications

• You possess a BCom in Information systems/ BSc in Computer Science/ BCom in Statistics
• You have a strong background in data science, statistics, or advanced analytics
• Proficiency in Salesforce data structures, Standard programming Language, and Power BI is required
• One to two years’ Experience in sales analytics, forecasting, and incentive modelling is essential
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings into actionable business insights
• Ability to manage large datasets and deliver scalable, automated solutions is required
